Wenlock Edge Farm

Wenlock Edge Farm are artisan producers of Award winning traditional dry-cured bacon and ham, sausages and charcuterie, mostly from our own livestock.

Our bacon has won Gold and the Best fresh product in Britain at the Great Taste Awards. We produce over 10 delicious sausage varieties along with faggots, black pudding and fresh meat cuts.

Our charcuterie range includes baked gammons, bresaola, salami, chorizo, prosciutto, pancetta and other cured specialities.
