Acanthus is a small business based in the South Shropshire Hills, run by experienced chefs Nick Gardiner and Emma Wyatt. We create a variety of pickles, chutneys and jellies using locally sourced ingrediants, with no artificial colourants, additives or preservatives.
We supply local businesses and cater for small outside functions. On request we supply canapes, party foods and deserts.
Specialities made to to order include, pork pies, tarts, quiches, pates and terrines. Our well known selections of pickles, chutneys and jellies are sesonally available.
