The Ludlow Jam Pan was set up by Sara- Jane Brough in October 2008 and evolved from a passion to master the art of preserving. Sara- Jane's ethos is to reintroduce long forgotten recipes using heritage orchard fruits and the bounty from the hedgerows and her pesticide free kitchen garden.
“When it is not possible for me to grow, pick or forage certain items I source them from local suppliers.
I believe that food should be seasonal, natural and taste good therefore all products are free from artificial colours, preservatives added pectin and thickeners.”
Sara- Jane sells her products at Ludlow & Leominster Farmers Markets, The Deli on the Square, The French Pantry and Community shops.
You can also request a seasonal product list by contacting her directly.
