Bertelin Farmhouse Cheese

We are a family run dairy farm, our herd of pedigree Friesian cows are named after St Bertelin, founder of Stafford town. Their milk is handmade into traditional clothbound cheeses. We currently produce:- award winning Bertelin Staffordshire (Protected Designation of Origin), Bertelin Derby,  Bertelin Derby with Chives and Eccleshall Red.
