We support smaller local and family businesses and do our best to ensure we use seasonal, organic, free-range and natural products. We use Fair Trade or similar wherever practicable.
All our food is freshly prepared, and most is available throughout the day. We offer home-made soups, scones, cakes, tarts and biscuits, Hereford clotted cream teas, lunches with hot and cold specials of the day, Shropshire ice cream and desserts. All our teas are leaf, and we serve real coffee using an espresso machine. We have wines by the bottle or glass (including Wroxeter Noble Roman and oaked chardonnay from Ludlow), Shropshire Lad and Lass beers and Dunkerton’s cider.
