Castlemoor Farm is a family farm run by Chris and Mark Yapp. It supports a herd of Hereford and Angus suckler cows, a small herd of Tamworth/Gloucester Old Spot pigs and a flock of Suffolk/Texel cross sheep.
The cattle are reared on their mothers until seven months old. Grazing all summer and finished on homegrown corn. All beef is hung for three to four weeks to acquire a traditional taste. All pigs and sheep are free range and reared outdoors and also finished on home grown rations.
