Launch of John Osborne Entertains – Food and Drink in the Shropshire Hills A new book supported by the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Natural England   was given a stylish Champagne send-off on Saturday 10 th July at The Hurst, former home of playwright John Osborne, in the Clun Valley. The event was supported by HSBC and was with kind permission of the Arvon Foundation for creative writing, the current owners of The Hurst.
